Shipping

We ship Australia-wide. We try our best to process & ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase.

All orders are sent in a tracked bag at a flat rate of $10.00 via Australia Post. 

Express shipping is available for $15.00 you can select this option at the checkout.

 

Local Pick up

For local customers to the Gold Coast, London James Children's Boutique is happy to offer free local pickup.

Select this option at the checkout and one of our friendly team member's will contact you to arrange a suitable pickup time and day. 

Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@londonjames.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We try our upmost to ensure product descriptions are as detailed as possible for each item we sell in our product descriptions section on each listed item, including sizing and colour guides.

If you have a question about sizing then please feel free to contact us at sales@londonjames.com.au prior to making your purchase.
We do however suggest always sizing up one size if you are unsure as your sweet little one is definitely bound to grow.

We do offer a 7 day return policy for size exchange only.
If the original item you ordered is no longer in stock you will be issued with a store credit note


We do not accept exchanges for a different product/style due to change of mind so please choose carefully. 

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
Customers have to cover the shipping fees to return the items. This cost is not refundable. Customers should provide us the returning parcel tracking information. We will proceed with compensations once we receive the items. We will not provide exchange/store credit if the product has been returned with acquired defects or has been worn/washed. 

Faulty Item/s:
In the rare event that you receive your item with obvious faults or defects, please contact us immediately quoting your order number, a description of the faults and add photos of the faults to sales@londonjames.com.au and return your product in original condition it was received in within 14 days of purchase.

If the item is deemed faulty by our team we will offer you a replacement (if we have a replacement in stock) , or exchange/refund once we have received the returned item. 
We cannot process a return for a faulty garment if we do not get the opportunity to view and inspect the fault.

We will reimburse the costs of return shipping if a faulty item is deemed to be damaged.

Please do not send anything back to us if you have not contacted us prior and made us aware of the issue/fault. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
